Can be broken down into five sections. The Buying decision process, the psychological forces in the buying process, social group forces, promotion forces, situational forces, and other marketing forces. Apart of social forces is Culture and Subculture; The Cambridge English Dictionary states that culture is "the way of life, especially the general customs and beliefs, of a particular group of people at a particular time." While subculture is a cultural group within a bigger culture, with beliefs or interests at several degrees variance with those of the larger culture. Using this ad I shall highlight two of the five consumer buyer behaviour. The first it hits is a subculture which is the witch/goth subculture just like everyone else these people need clothes, clothes and accessories that is suited to them. The second section that it hit is other forces in other force it covers promotions, short deal that is to call a customer to action.
